Tom Lazenga is the President of Waypoint Trading Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ. He is tasked with setting strategy and driving growth for Waypoint which is relied on by financial market participants globally. Tom has held many different positions across the organization, and this extensive cross functional experience ensures he can provide a unique perspective on Waypoint and the financial markets industry as a whole.

He originally joined Waypoint in March 2011 as a Financial Analyst and over that time has worked in roles across the Finance, Operations, Product and Sales organizations. During this time, his focus was on automating back office functions, improving operational efficiencies, driving the global sales effort, building new products and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Waypoint, Tom spent four years in Finance at USA Mobility and United Bank.

Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from West Virginia University. When not at Waypoint he enjoys skiing, biohacking and is a passionate foodie.
